MEET YOUR COACH

Robin Lavitch is the owner of Surpass Your Goal, a company that provides coaching and training to a variety of professionals (and teenagers) from doctors and attorneys to real estate agents, and teachers. Robin helps people realize their potential and purpose while reaching higher levels of productivity and prosperity.

Robin has a master’s degree in Psychology, she is credentialed as an Advanced Certified Professional and Executive Coach and is certified as a Supreme Court Family Mediator. She is completing her Doctorate in Human Behavior by focusing on positive psychology and resiliency.

B.O.U.N.C.E. Back from Setbacks

In these interactive sessions, Robin shares the key components that build resiliency and help people overcome adversity and stress. Join like-minded professionals facing similar challenges. Each workgroup will be structured across three sections: insight, inspiration and implementation. 
  • Insight focuses on the education behind the skill. 
  • Inspiration occurs when we share stories and example of success. 
  • Implementation is where we get down to business and practice the skills of resiliency.  
Note: The skills training and activities are simple, but they require commitment and action. Classes will be recorded (audio and/or video) for future reference or in case you have a scheduling conflict.

FAQs

What kind of coaching will I get?

Robin Lavitch will coach you weekly during the group workshop. Each session is specifically designed to enhance your insight into resiliency and provide the opportunity to practice strengthening skills.

What makes this program so effective?

B.O.U.N.C.E. is an evidence-based program developed from the scientific research of human development and positive psychology. Activities are geared towards enhancing the knowledge and skills to build your resiliency muscles. Since groups are small and focused, participants receive the attention and focus required to establish new habits and grow.

How much time will this take?

The program transpires over 6 weeks. Each week a workgroup lasting 75 minutes will cover a key aspect of resiliency. The workgroups are structured with three sections: (a) insight – education on the key aspect (b) inspiration- stories and examples; and (c) implementation- practicing the skills and applying the techniques. Activities will be assigned as ‘ownwork’ throughout the week in preparation for the next workgroup.

What is the program's investment?

The total cost of the program is only $510 – only $85 per class. Registering for the first class at $85 secures your seat or you can do 3 monthly installments of $170.

What if I miss a class?

Although each class builds upon the rest, they are independent. Whether you miss a class or not, you’ll have access to the materials and activities so you can stay on track. Sessions will be recorded so you can stay on track. You are billed for all the sessions even if you miss since your seat is reserved specifically for you and there are a limited number of participants.

Can I do the program with a friend, family member or co-worker?

Yes, you can invite anyone you’d like to register as a participant. Please contact me at Robin@SurpassYourGoal.com if you’d like to coordinate a private group with just your friends, family members, and/or co-workers. The maximum size of the group is 10 participants.

Do I get the materials?

Yes. The program includes an activity workbook that contains the educational materials of the topics and specific activities that you can reference repeatedly. There is bonus material also that can be completed during the program or at a later time to reinforce your development.
