Bounce Back from Burnout is a personal account of my experience and education in overcoming adversity. BOUNCE is an acronym describing the characteristics that make people resilient. Resiliency is composed of six components: Belief, Optimism, Understanding Self, Nurturing Connections, Compassion, and Esteem. In this presentation I share my story with life events and in researching resiliency to impart the key elements that anyone can develop to overcome adversity and burnout.
